Summary:
THE LOYAL MONGOOSE
Once, there lived a farmer and his wife with their new bom baby. They had mongoose as a pet. One, day, both of them went to their work. A snake entered the house, the mongoose saw it.
Immediately it killed the snake. But when the farmer’s wife returned, seeing blood stains on the mongoose, she shouted and killed the mongoose. Thinking, it had killed their baby. As she went in, she saw her baby safe.
And saw a dead snake on the floor. Later, she regretted for what she has done.
సారాంశము
అనగనగా ఒక ఊరిలో రైతు మరియు అతని భార్య నివసించేవారు. ఆ దంపతులకు ఒక పసిబిడ్డ ఉండేది. ఒకరోజు వారిద్దరూ ఎవరి పనులకు వారు వెళ్ళారు. వాళ్ళ ఇంటిలో ఒక ముంగిస పెంపుడు జంతువుగా ఉండేది. పాము ఒకటి ఇంట్లోకి వచ్చి నేల మీద పాకుతూ కనిపించగ ముంగిస ఒక్క ఉదుటున దాన్ని చంపేసింది.
ఇంతలో రైతు భార్య ఇంటికి వచ్చింది. ముంగిసకి రక్తం మరకలు ఉండడం చూసి, తన బిడ్డను చంపేసిందని భావించి, కోపంతో దాని మీదకు కర్రను విసిరింది. ఇంటి లోపలికి వెళ్ళగా, బిడ్డ క్షేమంగా ఉందని తెలుసుకుంటుంది. నేల మీద చచ్చి పడి ఉన్న పామును చూస్తుంది. తాను చేసిన పనికి చింతిస్తుంది.
