Summary:
One day while a farmer was sowing seeds, sees a rabbit and asks it, its name. But it tells him that it forgot its name. The farmer tells the rabbit to ask his neighbour who is a nice potter.
Potter, being busy in his work tells the rabbit to ask his friend who is a barber. Then, the barber being busy tells the rabbit to go to his sister who is a tailor.
But, when the rabbit goes there, she tells it to go the cobbler sitting under tree. But the cobbler shouts at it to go away. Then, the rabbit finds a fisherman and goes to him, but its the same like all the others.
Rabbit was sad and went to a school. Finally, while the teacher was telling the students, he gets to know that his name is Rabbit and feels happy.
సారాంశము
ఒక రోజు ఒక రైతు తన పొలంలో విత్తనాలు నాటుతుండగా ఒక కుందేలును చూస్తాడు. ఆ కుందేలును దాని పేరు అడగగా అది మర్చిపోయానని చెప్తుంది. అప్పుడు రైతు తన ఇరుగు పొరుగు వాడైన కుమ్మరిని అడగమని చెప్పాడు. కుందేలు వెళ్ళి అడగగా తాను తన స్నేహితుడైన క్షురకుడిని అడగమని చెప్పెను.
వెళ్ళి అడగగా తాను పనిలో ఉన్నాడని, తన చెల్లెలిని అడగమని కోరెను. తన చెల్లెలు కూడా చెట్టుకింద కూర్చున్న చెప్పులు కుట్టేవాడిని అడగమంటుంది. అతను కుందేలును గట్టిగా పొమ్మని అరిచాడు. అప్పుడు కుందేలుకు ఒక జాలరి కనిపించగా, తనను అడుగుతుంది. అతనికి కూడా తెలియకపోవడంతో నిరాశ చెంది నడుస్తూ ఉండగా, ఒక పాఠశాలలో టీచరు, విద్యార్థులకు చెప్పటం విని తన పేరు కుందేలు అని విని సంతోషిస్తుంది.
