Inhalation:
Inhalation is the process of taking in air containing oxygen.

Exhalation:
It is the process of giving out rich containing carbondioxide.
These are the basic process of breathing. One breath involves one complete inhalation and exhalation.

I have observed by placing my hand on the heart. In general my heart beat will be in between 60-100 beats per minute. After running for some time I feel that my heart beat becomes more than the normal heart beat.

Our body is an amazing machine. All the systems in our body have to work together to keep us healthy. The digestive system digests food. Respiratory system provides oxygen.
The circulatory system transports oxygen and nutrients to all the parts of the body and the excretory system collects waste products from all the parts and send them out. The nervous system makes sure all the system work and respond properly.
