Show the following pictures and encourage the students to frame the story.
Answer:
There was a merchant. He had a big shop, there were many rats in the shop, they ate all the grains and other food available in the shop.
The merchant did not know what to do. He brought a cat and kept it in the shop. The rats were afraid. Every day the cat ate a rat. the rats were sad. The rats are slowly disappearing one by one.
